The purpose of this survey is to gather information from families who are interested in enrolling their student(s) in virtual school next year. This information will support early planning for the 2024-2025 school year.
LDSB Virtual School option for September 2024 is primarily for students who learn best in the online environment, or require a virtual environment due to underlying medical conditions for themselves or their family members.
Please note that this survey form is not for online registration. Please complete one survey for each student. This form is only intended for families who are interested in enrolling their student in virtual school next year (2024-2025).
