Professional Activity (P.A.) Days are used for various activities, including assessment, report card preparation, conferencing, school-based planning, school improvement, student achievement updates, instructional strategies to support closing the gap and high achievement, and planning linked to the Board plan for student achievement. On P.A. Days, there are no classes for students.

This PD Day will focus on strengthening educator understanding of IEP standards, including student strengths and needs, accommodations, modifications, learning goals, instructional and assessment strategies, and progress monitoring. Staff will also review family consultation and educator roles in the IPRC process.
