Welcome Back, Newburgh Families!
Principal Welcome
Dear Families,
I am so excited to welcome new and returning students back to school on September 3, 2025. The team at Newburgh PS has been working hard behind the scenes to ensure a smooth start up to your child's school year and our school is sparkling thanks to the hard work of our custodial team. We are looking forward to a terrific year ahead!
I am honored to be returning as the Principal at Newburgh Public School. I look forward to beginning my 30th year in education with LDSB by connecting with families, learning with staff, supporting children, working with community partners and making Newburgh PS my second home. I whole-heartedly believe that strong home/school partnerships create a solid foundation for children's well-being. Together, as the caring adults in their lives, we can help them achieve their goals and reach their potential. I look forward to working with the dedicated staff at Newburgh PS, each of you, and your children.
Here's to a wonderful school year!
